I despise our relying on technology. haha I got a call at 6:02 asking where I was for the 6pm callbacks...guess they forgot to send me an email. It happens though, so I rushed there (breaking a few traffic laws) and gave it my best shot. I was called back for Shakespeare's The Tempest as a Nymph/Goddess. It was an interesting callback. We did a little bit of vocalization in groups of three. Then improvisational ballet. I felt like I did my best.

These auditions were an interesting experience. I usually show up to auditions about 30-45 min early in order to warm up and prepare myself. Well, it turns out that they were running early- so I went in a little half-cocked. haha I think I did alright regardless, I performed "I can hear the Bells" from hairspray, and Kate's Monologue from the end of The Taming of the Shrew. Good choices :) Happy To be auditioning in such a professional atmosphere- shout out to Liz, a wonderful accompanist.
